Payments: For all contracted services, an advance payment is required to hold the reservation on a confirmed basis. The remaining balance can be paid before your departure from your country or after you arrive in India, but it must be done before the services begin. Based on the type of service being provided and the length of time left before the service begins, management employees have the authority to determine the amount to be paid as an advance payment.
In addition to the aforementioned, full payment may be requested in advance for special train journeys, hotel or resort reservations made during high season (Christmas, New Year).
Payment Method: Wire transfers to our bank are one option for making an overseas advance payment.
Cancellation Policy: We must be notified in writing if a tour or travel service must be cancelled for any reason, whether avoidable or unavoidable. The following cancellation fees would apply, and they would take effect as of the day we receive written notification of your cancellation:
45 days ahead of time: 15% of the tour or service price 15 days before arrival: 7 days prior to arrival, 25% of the tour or service payment is due: 48 hours before to arrival, 50% of the tour or service cost, OR A no-show: Zero Refund
Note: Written cancellations are accepted every working day except Sunday, when they will be taken into consideration the next business day (Monday).
The payment is not refundable during the Christmas and New Year period (20 Dec. to 5 Jan.).
If you decide to cancel your trip after it has begun, your refund options would be limited and would also rely on how much money we could recoup from the hotels and other service providers we use. We are not obligated to provide a refund for unused hotel accommodations, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.
Cancellation of a wildlife safari: All wildlife safari reservations made at an Indian wildlife national park or sanctuary are non-refundable. No payment will be reimbursed or changed for a date change request because it will be seen as a cancellation.
Please be aware that after the Tour/service Cost has been finalised, any increases in entrance prices to monuments or museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide fees imposed by the Government of India would be charged as an additional fee.
All exchange orders, receipts, contracts, and tickets issued by TourMyIndia.com are subject to the terms and conditions under which the hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and contractors providing other services provide their services. TourMyIndia.com only acts in the capacity of an agent for these parties.
All of the itineraries are illustrative and are meant to give you a broad idea of the anticipated travel timetable. The itinerary may need to be changed before the tour or while on the path depending on a variety of factors, including the weather, the state of the roads, the participants’ physical condition, etc. In the benefit of the tour participants’ safety, comfort, and all-around wellbeing, we retain the right to alter any itinerary.
Our prices are determined by the current rates that we have negotiated with the hotels, airlines, etc. The pricing are subject to change by hotels and airlines without prior notice. If there are such changes, we have the right to adjust the pricing according to any adjustments made by the hotels or airlines. Unless otherwise specified in the schedule, all hotel reservations are based on the standard check-in and check-out times of the hotels.
We will not be held liable for any delays, changes to the schedule, or costs incurred (directly or indirectly) as a result of weather-related delays, airline cancellations, accidents, breakdowns of machinery or equipment, transport system failures, or other unfavourable circumstances.
We will not be held liable for any loss, harm, or damage to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services.
There is no insurance policy covering our costs in the event of an accident, illness, theft-related loss, or for any other cause. It is advisable for travellers to look for these insurance plans in their own country. At all times, the client assumes all risk for their luggage and personal goods.
Please take note that we will not be held liable for any expenses brought on by unforeseeable events like landslides, roadblocks, inclement weather, etc.
